PICKUP COMPLAINT

Q – When did you place your order request?

Your answer – Yesterday or Today

If yesterday or few days back:

  1. Confirm that your parcel has been accepted & assigned by tracking it or check the status from your courier dashboard.
  2. If it has been accepted & assigned please take note that our pickup time is from 7am – 7pm.
  3. If you are not going to be around, kindly drop your item with tracking number written on it.
  4. Therefore, kindly wait until after 7pm before you can lodge your pickup complaint.
  5. To lodge your pickup complaint after 7pm daily please DM @help_naijataxiservices

NB – Your tracking number is required before we can resolve any issue.

If today:

  1. Your order would be treated for next day pickup.
  2. You should always place your order a night before pickup day.

DELIVERY COMPLAINT

Item picked but yet to be delivered:

  1. Please check our delivery duration first (all in working days after pickup). INSERT HERE DELIVERY TIME HERE
  2. You can only lodge delivery complaints until after 7pm of the last day

PARCEL DELIVERED BUT EXPECTING MY POD – PAYMENT ON DELIVERY

  1. Ensure POD amount was clearly stated on your item.
  2. Call your customer to confirm that the POD is received by our dispatch rider.
  3. Allow 24 hours after delivery before you can lodge complaint about POD.
  4. After 1 day of delivery, send your tracking number and POD amount via DM @help_naijataxiservices

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

I have placed an order but the item is still with me:

  • Simply change the address of your receiver on the parcel before our dispatch rider arrives for pickup.

The parcel has been picked already but the customer/receiver want to change delivery address:
