IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL SHIPPERS
- You must place an order a night before for next day pickup.
- Kindly check our delivery duration before placing an order and if necessary agree with a customers or receiver first.
- Our pickup time is from 7am – 7pm daily.
- Our delivery time is from 7am – 8pm daily.
- Our dispatch riders will only call when coming for pickup/delivery.
- You must package your item very well with SHIPMENT/TRACKING Number boldly written on it.
- We don’t accept cooked foods or other related perishable items- as we don’t guarantee/offer same day delivery.
- Your item must not weigh more than 6kg and should be able to enter our dispatch box properly before we can pick up. However, our dispatch rider may not pickup if the box is partially full before getting to your place. In such case we shall re-assign for pickup.
YOUR SHIPMENT/TRACKING NUMBER IS ALWAYS 6 DIGIT. PLEASE SCROLL DOWN TO CURRENT OR PENDING ORDERS TO SEE IT.
HOW TO PLACE A DELIVERY ORDER CORRECTLY
You must use Coupon/Shipping Code to clear off payment (Subscribers only) or enter your card details.
- Click on “submit new order request”.
- Fill sender’s details, receiver’s details and package information. Please don’t enter unit or decimal when filling the package information.
- Click on SUBMIT.
- The system will take you to checkout page for payment.
- Click on “Enter Coupon Code” if you are a SUBSCRIBER with SHIPPING CODE already sent to you. Your code is the same as coupon code. Enter this to remove the amount and submit your payment order. You can use your code up to number of times you paid for.
- If you are not a subscriber, you will need to enter your card details to make a payment.
- You will also get an order receipt via your email if done correctly.
NOTE: Failure to complete the payment checkout successfully will result in cancellation of your request.
